2. Is the picture I'm seeing of your actual stock?

Of course, the picture is of the original stock that we are offering. This very picture has been taken by one of our staffs for the purpose of displaying it to the customers. 4. Do you accept returns?

100% Consumer satisfaction is our prime motive and hence, in any situation where you seem to be dissatisfied by our product, you can return the same way to us by way of courier and for the same we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

For getting qualified for a replacement or a refund, a customer has to courier the purchased product back to us within a week’s period from the day of getting the return information by way of a receipt. The product should be fresh as we had sent it along with being in an unused condition. All the tags and additional shall also accompany the product. The cost of shipping fee will also be shared by the customer and 20% shall be charged to the customer in form of restocking fee if return for refund.

5. What type of discounts do you offer?

We always want you to make more of the opportunity and therefore for your benefit we allow a straight forward discount of 10% on two purchases and above. 6. Do you accept exchanges?

For the convenience of the customers, we do accept exchanges which are basically in form of providing the customer with some other products. For this purpose, all a customer needs to do is send us a quick email stating his or her desire for the same and send the same product back to us for which the customer has to bear the expense of courier. Added to it, the customer is also required to send us all the additional of the product along with other information such as the model name of the product, address of the customer and the contact number.
