We will inform you the returning procedure such as returning address and other relevant information. We will give you an RMA#. We would like you to write the RMA No. on top of the returning package so that we will be able to locate the package without any confusion. There will also be a 20% restocking fees, shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchange

In-case the product is defective or you wish to exchange it into some other product from our site. Please contact us within 7 days of the package receive. We will be happily to inform you the returning address and RMA number. You will have to bare the returning shipping cost which you will be shipping back to us. And there will be an additional 30US$ extra charge as a reshipping cost back to you. There won’t be any restocking fees for this process.

Please take note that the package should be re-ship back to us in the same way it was delivered to you. All the accessories such as Tag, Authentication-card, Care-booklet or Dust-bag should be shipped back to us along with the product. The product should not be used it should be kept the same way as it was delivered.
